Google Moffett Place sits on 55 acres and is comprised of 1.9 million rentable square feet, 100% leased to Google. The core and shell was built by L10 Construction for Jay Paul Co with the tenant improvements completed for Google by Devcon Construction. The scope of work is broken out between two phases.

Phase 1 includes Three 8-story, 315,000-sq-ft, steel-frame office buildings (Buildings 3, 4 & 6), two parking garages and a 50,000-sq-ft event center while Phase 2 includes an additional three 8-story buildings (Buildings 1, 2 & 5) and two parking garages. All projects are either LEED Gold or LEED Platinum.
